Maureen is the co-founder of Epic Design Build Inc. She is a licensed Architect and General Contractor who has won many local and national awards for her residential designs. Most recently, she was the recipient of the 2017 Claremont Architectural Commission's Award of Excellence, for her design and construction of a local business. With over 25 years experience in residential design build, Maureen is an expert problem solver, skilled at adapting and managing obstacles!

Jim is the co-founder of Epic Design Build. As a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in residential design build projects, Jim integrates quality structures with award winning designs. His innate ability to lead and his knowledge of the craft, make him a necessity for on-site construction supervision.

Nancy is our Interior Design Consultant and Office Manager with over 10 years experience. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. Her helpful attitude is always an asset and she is here to offer assistance and support to our clients and our production team alike!

Marjorie is our Designer and our Design Production Manager. She has over 20 years experience in the production of construction documents and design development. Marjorie is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and her attention to detail helps make the dream a reality!

Thomas is our Designer and Drafting Engineer. With his Degree in Engineering, he contributes to everything from the website to design development to construction. His masterful job with 3D modeling, helps our clients get an actual feel for what their dream home will look like!

Danny is our construction supervisor/carpenter. With over 10 years experience in construction. His can-do attitude, ability to navigate tough situations, and work ethic is inspiring. His dedication and efforts produce stunning results.

Greg is our foreman/carpenter.  He has over 15 years experience in construction.  His experience, attention to detail, and talent in the field is invaluable to the success of the construction team.   

Dino is a worker/laborer. He has over three years of experience in construction and has a good understanding of the carpentry procedure. He has a strong work ethic, is willing to take on new challenges, and a quick learner.  And no matter what he always has a smile on his face!!!

Anthony is a worker/laborer and a current student at UC Riverside majoring in electrical engineering. He has over three years of experience in construction and has a good understanding of the carpentry procedure. He has a strong work ethic, is willing to take on new challenges, and a quick learner.  

Adam Johnson is a worker/laborer. He has a strong work ethic, is willing to take on new challenges, and a quick learner.

Gus is our newest Epic team member and is a worker/laborer. He has over 5 years of experience in construction and has a good understanding of the carpentry procedure. He has a strong work ethic, is willing to take on new challenges, and a quick learner.  And on his free time loves taking long walks on the beach!! 

Olivia is our office assistant and a current student at Cal Poly Pomona working on a bachelors degree in Business. Her young intelligence brings a new, modern perspective to our business design here at EPIC. Her bright smile is a constant moral booster for the rest of the employees at EPIC.
